Minors and Guardian Consent
QuietMind’s services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. Consultations for individuals under 18 are available only where a parent or legal guardian is present, has provided documented written consent prior to the session, and accepts responsibility for all clinical decisions made on behalf of the minor.
By booking a consultation for a minor, the consenting guardian represents that they are legally authorised to do so and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
If a minor accesses QuietMind’s services independently by misrepresenting their age, QuietMind bears no clinical, legal, or ethical responsibility for any assessment, advice, or treatment arising from that engagement.
Psychiatric consultations at QuietMind are conducted by a licensed medical professional based on:

Outcomes of psychiatric treatment vary between individuals. QuietMind does not guarantee specific clinical results, symptom resolution, or cure of any condition.
QuietMind’s clinical services are limited to outpatient telepsychiatry. Any condition requiring inpatient care, emergency intervention, or treatment beyond this scope will be referred to an appropriate facility.
